Reject to hunt

is it possible to have a reject button that goes to a Hunt List or a queue, for example a call comes in and the called party is pressing that key the caller is being routed to a hunt list or queue with answering the the call

The idea is when he is on the phone and doesn't want it to miss it he should be able to grab it and stop the regular forward when busy route

So either forward to a hunt, queue or just place the call on hold on that phone as of it was answered and placed on hold

Btw this is for a potential STE customer

it doesnt report busy when he's on the phone.. he has line keys available to take that call. Prettymuch the only way to busy a call is to set do not disturb or hit reject.
