I currently have an IVR that sends calls to a queue when a user presses "1". There is a script in thirdlane that allows you to send a call to a queue with a voicemail timeout. Currently the IVR has does not have the option to send a call to a queue with timeout. Does anybody know of a way to do this?

You can create a feature extension associated with the queue and select "Dial Extension" in IVR.
