Thirdlane and Vtiger CRM integration

Thirdlane platform General Questions

Could anybody successfully integrate the PBX and the CRM for reverse caller ID lookup?
I'm double checked the URL, I'm logged in to Vtiger, and still no popup window appears. Yes, I've disabled the popup control (in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari).

Any hint would be appreciated.

Hi Fernando,

If you are using vtiger 5.0.4 (which is the version installed on the ISO), there is a patch to vtiger that has to be applied,

I will post the information here shortly.

Ok Alex, thanx for the reply.

I have to demo it to my bosses in about an hour. I'll explain this to them, and as soon as you post the info I'll apply the patch to finish the demo.

Hi Fernando,

I apologize for dropping the ball on this. The reason I did not post a patch is that is that I am afraid that it is not a "true" patch (it is a replacement for a few files) and I am concerned that people may apply this to the wrong versions of vTiger and break their installations.

The patch is supposed to work for vTiger 5.0.4.
