Can't get call forwarding to work

While in the User Portal, the only call forward that works for me is "Call Forwarding Always". When I try on busy, CFB and CFBN is set but it doesn't work. When i try "Do not ring my phone, just the numbers below" CFNAEXT is set to 2 and CFNAN1 is set, doesn't work.

When I say doesn't work, my extension rings, never gets forwarded no matter the timeouts.

This is with PBX Manager 6.0.1.81 on an Asterisk 1.6.1.9.

Any hints where to look?

well call forward busy is _never_ going to work unless your phone actually sends a 488 Busy Here back.. which usually isnt unless they are set to do not disturb or 'reject' of a ringing call.

Again, it's me rushing ahead of my self. After examining tl-userexten-base it's obvious that I didn't enable follow me... sigh
