From the outside world what ports besides 5060 need to be opened? RTP? Any special config I should be aware of?

I don't remember eactly where it is BUT sonicwall has a toggle for voip, enabling it will set the required ports for you..

By default Asterisk uses ports 10000 to 20000 for RTP. This can be changed if required in rtp.conf.
