Is there anyway from the user portal that you can delete an extension from contacts and directories? Our goal is to allow the company to be able to see an active and ACCURATE list of the right contacts in this folder. Any help or advice would be greater appreciated.

Right I understand that, but as an administrator when I go under the user portal our end users are seeing an extension for "kitchen 207" which is wrong and needs to be deleted out. We have already deleted that out of our company directory awhile ago but it NEVER updated on the user portal end. So we need to figure out how to "update" the user portal so that it matches our company directory.

When user is looking at company directory in User Portal PBX Manager shows the same data as shown to the administrator. Are you sure you are not looking at the users personal directory when you see this entry?

There are two levels of directory - company and user contacts. Entries in the company directory are supposed to be handled by the administrator (in case of MTE tenant level administrator), user contacts are managed in the user portal. End users can see both directories and use them for click-to-call but only manage their own contacts.
