Unable to save settings - call log not accumulating

I can not save settings in the user extension area...for instance I can't save call forwarding information. Also, the call log is not accumulating any activity.

Does anyone have any suggestions or have experienced this issue before?

improper setup of your thirdlane application is the most likely cause. failure to communicate over the AMI.
