Problems with call parking and MOH

This is very strange. I have 2 issues here. Any insight at all would be greatly appreciated.
The first is that even though I defined
[general]
parkext => 700
parkpos => 701-720
context => parkedcalls
parkingtime => 75

[featuremap]
blindxfer => *1
atxfer => *2
parkcall => *3
automon => *4

I am unable to park a call using *3, although I have no problem using *1 and then dialing 700. The second problem I have is that when the caller is put on hold, music is not being played. This is what I am seeing:

Parked SIP/300-08ecb548 on 710@parkedcalls. Will timeout back to extension [from-inside] , 1 in 75 seconds
