Confirm call acceptance

What are the different ways to accomplish this? Thus far the only place I can find it is on a per user FMFM settings.

Here's what I'm trying to accomplish: After hours IVR, press 2 for an after hours emergency, prepend caller ID to include 911- (got this with a feature code that runs tl-huntlist and prepends the 911-). Next I want it to put on the call acceptance flag (don't know how to do this), then go to a hunt list that includes Other numbers to dial that are external (since FMFM doesn't work in a hunt list) and if no answer after 60 seconds it goes to a special mailbox (no problem to set this up with hunt list no-answer behavior).

what are some things I should look into to accomplish this?

enough poking around and I found exactly what I was after.... follow me based hunt group. does all of this in one script
