and what's restrict in Demo version ?
thirdlane guide is trash. not a full and google do not find others ;-)

What you are referring to is replication. You can get that with the HA version which requires a special license.
Short of that you could use scheduled backups available in Thirdlane.
what the hell's a dinamic backup?
