Hello,
We have a customer that wants to manage their conference call from the website. Since we don´t allow anyone to use the manager interface the conference manager don´t work.
I wonder if its possible to add a new user that only can handle meetme conferences in the manager.conf.

There is no permission in manager.conf called meetme, the permission you would grant have multiple uses. if your customer is on a static IP you could consider a firewall rule that only allowed their subnet access to your AMI. I would be more inclined to do it in iptables rules than manager.conf simply because the ACL in manager.conf only works after the connection is established.
the way isymphony 'proxies' the AMI commands is a better way to go about desktop utilities that contol the AMI. Have you used that tool for conference management? It may meet or exceed their needs.
