I have a question about the user portal.
When I go into the user portal via a user's login it does not show me user preferences.
So I then log into the system and go to Tenant Management , select the tenant, and scroll down and check the box that says Manage User Portal Preferences.
Click save but it still will not appear?
Do I have to do something else?

I believe that the tenant management section is only going to apply this for future extensions you add. If you go into the actual extensions, trying giving them access there and that should solve your issue.
