I would like to Monitor an Ext. at a remote site and listen to the audio in both directions to see if I hear what the customer is describing.
I know of several systems that have this feature code in it and was wondering how I can do this in the Thirdlane?

Is there a way to just listen live?
Is there a way to just listen Live as the call is going on. Obviously I would let the customer know this first.

isymphony has a barge feature
isymphony has a barge feature but if you are trying to analyse call quality you wont be hearing exactly what your customer is hearing unless the problem is with your provider.
many different methods.. if you switch the codec to ulaw you can even capture sip+rtp packets with wireshark and playback the audio that way.
