Is this possible on Thirdlane: http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+Queue+Callback, we have a customer that are interested in this solution.
Have anyone done it before?

You should be able to do this with a combination of custom scripts, a menu and a queue. Use the menu to assign digits to your custom scripts and set the queue's context to the menu. I have used this set up to allow people to drop out of the queue and leave voicemail, etc.
