If you access a hunt group from within an IVR and any one of the phones in the ring group are on DND you get one short ring back tone and then nothing else for the duration of that ring group. Has anyone seen this before or knows a work around.

Correction. in order to work arround this problem i ended up having to scrpit an IVR long hand using a series of Queues instead or ringgroups. the standard IVR options would not allow us to do this. this is not a great solution but it got me by in a pinch.

This issue will go away if you use a queue and not a hunt group.
