Hi All
Am trying to disable VoiceMail for already created extension using the thirdlane GUI. but its giving me an error "Extensions without mailbox cannot be included in the dial-by-name directory"
any idea ??

You have to scroll down to the bottom of the extension settings and change the Include in dial-by-name directory to Don't include.
