I have a tenant set up to record all calls using the Thirdlane GUI. Everything seems to work fine except if an call comes in to a hunt list and is picked up by one extension and then the call is transferred to another extension the recording stops when the transfer is made and then it never starts again. I believe the same thing happens if the call is parked and then picked back up.
In this office most calls are transferred and the good stuff happens after the transfer so that is a problem.
Is there something additional that needs to be done to record calls after a transfer.

Well that is what I get for trusting the testing that was done right rather than testing myself.
This actually only happens with parked calls. Transferred calls work as expected.
