Is there a way to block a phones ability to receive a handsfree intercom call.
ie. I want to block anybody from being able to intercom into the Presidents office.

Just clarifying my message...
I want everyone to be able to intercom to each other but NOT to the Bosses phone. But the boss phone should still be able to intercom everyone he wants to.

I think he meant the other way around. Make a new feature code with his extension built in like *99123 assuming his *99 is Intercom and his extension is 123. Then point that to his voicemail or whatever you like.
make his specific dial string for paging not do paging.. make it do something else
