I have a user reporting an odd issue. Sporadically she will have calls that will appear to never go to voicemail, however when checking the logs in thirdlane it does appear that the call is sent to voicemail at the designated time but her phone keeps ringing and ringing. She has a Cisco 7940. Any ideas?
Thanks!

that firmware is from 2000;
that firmware is from 2000; if you use that firmware your phone is extremely easy to hack. i can get that phone to give me its sip password and server ip inside of 30 seconds... after that its free phone calls galore at the ITSP's expense.
probably a firmware issue with your phones. contact cisco, pay your smartNet contract on all your phones ($100 per phone annually) so you can have access to firmware more recent than 2005.
