Hi,
Were using PBX manager 7.0.1.88 and Asterisk 1.8.13.
Wen dialing a specific tenant the phone just rings for the 30s its set to ring. It does not go to voicemail.
I have checked all the settings and they are correct.
When I checked the cli is saw that it doesn't give the "Nobody picked up in 30000ms" message. In fact, it doesn't give anything, its just 'lost'.
I checked the sip trace and I get a 500 Service Unavailable message.
Any help tracing the problem would be appreciated.

stop using BETA software if you to get any help on this forum. Nobody else on this forum is running beta software. if you want help with your BETA software your ONLY recourse is to spend the $1500 and buy support from Alex. The latest non-beta release is 6.1.1.12 of PBX manager. BTW if you even have the slightest ambition of running asterisk as a service provider then you should be using the Certified Asterisk branches of asterisk (asterisk 1.8.11-cert4 currently).
