I setup a new tenant in multi tenant
I have my scheduled based calling going to a hunt list of three phones then IVR.
Whenver a call comes it also beeps in the employees handset and interupts them from hearing the customer.
Is there a way to disable this?
Phones are cisco spa504g

No reply to whether this worked or not. Forums are for everyone. Please post your results, thats the least you can do.
Regional tab of the SPA go to the call waiting tab and try using this:
1@-10;30(.3/60/60).
instead of :
440@-10;30(.3/9.7/1)
Won't disable it but it will soften it a ton. Don't think you can put a 0 in there and if you disable CW then you may as well go back to POTS lines IMO
