asterisk freeze / falls when saving configurations

hi
I'm having this problem in the past few weeks.
when I do some configurations in the PBX manager, it sometimes freeze on saving proccess and the pbx fails.
there is no correlation of what configured, once it was in schedules ,once saving ext. or routh ...

any idea?

If it's happening on reload sounds like a deadlock. Can you still connect to asterisk in the CLI and do a restart?

I read about deadlock and it sounds like that.
It seems that there are many ways to debug it.
Any recommendations?

there are countless versions of asterisk related to deadlocks

what version of asterisk? anything between 1.6.2.9 and 1.8.8 had a particularly nasty one related to BLF updates during a reload.
