I have a customer who is using Maximizer Enterprise to trigger a database hit when an incoming call hits.
Is there anything we can do for him as a tenant on MTE?

How about another recomendation
Do you know of any other CRM that will work with Thirdlane MTE or how about something that will work with minimal re-configuration or programming?

not enough info to say either way.. surely you dont expect me to already be an expert on 'Maximizer Enterprise' ? :-)
i need specific mechanics and how it works with other asterisk based pbx's
