Hey Guys!
Here is the details,
I am running mte 6.1.1.6
using the goto confrence prompt that I fixed so it will go to directly to a Confrence room
(exten => s,n,Set(confno=${ARG3}) NOT exten => s,n,Set(confno=${prefix}${ARG3}) )
Recordings are being saved to the /var/spool/asterisk/meetme directory
conf-10013700-2013-01-22-12-01-01-10013700-TenetName.wav
the permissions are exactly like the ones in asterisk/monitor and those show up in the pbx manager.
Where else should I look?
thanks!
Keith
So what version was it
So what version was it fixed?
also any news on the newest version that was announce fall of last year?
thanks
Keith
To clarify, conference calls
To clarify, conference calls are being listed in the call history and under recorded calls in the PBX manager for both the all-tenant admins and the tenant specific admins.
However, when trying to play back the conference recordings, specific tenant admins receive the message "You don't have permission to access this page" from get_file.cgi.
All-tenant admins do not have this issue. Is this the bug you are talking about eeman?
Thanks,
Adam
*edit*
I have confirmed the "manage all tenants" flag does give admins the ability to listen to conference recordings, it also gives them the ability to reload the PBX though, and that isn't something we want to necessarily give out.
yea i believe that was a bug in that version.. nothing you can do to fix it.
