Hi our conference monitor does not display any information regarding a conference call in progress. I can see the successful manager authentication in cli. Any ideas?

Looks to be an issue with
Looks to be an issue with flash. Our provider is working with TL on a resolution.
could be firewall rules, could be manager.conf ACL, could be flash policy daemon issues. What ever you do dont open up 0.0.0.0 in your ACL... access to the AMI is the greatest security risk you face. I have seen over $10k in damages in under 24hrs from a compromised box. the asterisk AMI communicates in plaintext. That means the password is plain text. This same password lets an intruder view all dialplan and originate calls based entirely on ip addresses. They could originate millions of calls to a foreign IP and use your dialplan to route the destination.
