Suddenly Astrisk servers are hanging up in different servers as well as in versions. Why?

Dear All,

I have prequent problems with asterisk is hanging up suddenly not sure why it's been happening for us.
Get rid of out of this issues we have no chance to reboot our server. After rebooting some times it will work and some times we need to reboot 2 to 3 time or restore the recent backup.

Can you please see the below mentioned details of our environment how and what versions of we are running.

Can you please find attached text doument for some errors I got from logs.

Is there any limitation of extensions only we need to use on thirdlane software how exactly?

Actually on this new version:
Asterisk 1.8.16.0 built by root @ distro-el6.asterroid.com on a x86_64 running Linux on 2012-10-02 06:53:34 UTC.
Currently running morethan 800 user extensions online on this server.

Actually on this version:
Asterisk 1.8.7.1 built by root @ distro-el6.asterroid.com on a x86_64 running Linux on 2011-11-09 21:54:15 UTC.
Currently running morethan 1100 user extensions online on this server.

Actually on this version:
Asterisk 1.4.22 built by root @ dns.com on a i686 running Linux on 2009-07-18 14:46:35 UTC.
Currently running morethan 500 user extensions online on this server.

well your error log is a MySQL connectivity issue. I doubt that is related to your asterisk 1.4 server since the realtime engine was not developed well at that time.

most common cause of deadlocks in the 1.8 and 1.6.2 branches were related to BLF monitoring. However failure to connect to mysql will result in asterisk refusing to accept calls.
