How can I disable Call Waiting tones for a single client (tenant)on the MTE Edition, without disabling the actual Call Waiting feature.
We have a large installation and the client is finding the tone annoying and disruptive to hearing the caller, when many calls are calling in.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Call waiting tones would be generated by the phone itself, not Thirdlane. You would need to check the documentation for your phone model on how to silence the tone. Depending on the model and if you auto-provisioned the phones, it might be possible to customize their template and re-provision the phones.
