Hello,
I am new to using Thirdlane and am still trying to get training in Australia.
I have a few clients with Polycom phones offsite and they work great but in the last 2 days, I have had them email me that they get calls every 10-15 minutes form SIP:100.
One has over 150 calls and that was during the night, so they were extremely upset.
I would like to know why these things are happening, possible fixes and is their any software or tools to monitor Thirdlane so I can be notified of such weird activity?
I simply Reloaded the PBX and it seems to fix the issue temporary... Any help is appreciated.
fail2ban is installed and
fail2ban is installed and enabled by default if you are using a recent ISO.
are you still experiencing this problem?
The client that had the issue
The client that had the issue said everything is ok, yet all i did was restart the server and not sure if failtoban is installed.
You need to put fail to ban for asterisk on your box and make sure you use the complex passwords
