Looking at 7.1.x MTE
Under Queues, there is a tab to indicate STATIC QUEUE MEMBERS. But there is no DYNAMIC QUEUE MEMBERS.
The features codes still have options to log in / log out of dynamic queues.
However when I try without specifying any dynamic queues, regardless of what extension I enter, I get rejected to log into the queue.
Makes sense as no extensions can be defined as dynamic agents.
Is there another way to achieve this in 7.x or is this feature missing?

you have to purchase a separate call center license for it to appear.
