I'm interested in using Thirdlane for my ITSP offering, but can't seem to get any one on the phone. I'm hoping someone from the community can help - and maybe the Thirdlane people will see the post and call me back.

1. How well does it run in a VMWare environment?
2. How many endpoints are supported for what hardware resource?
3. What is the licensing model?
4. What is the per unit license cost?
