I'm using the conference flash application in TL V6 and I have it working (sort of) where it will only show one person in the conference room. If I hang that person up, then another person will be visable, but only one and so forth. Since the application is partially working, I'm not quite sure where to start debugging. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

If I remember correctly this is Asterisk version dependent and caused by backward incompatibility in Asterisk.
This should work in V7 of Thirdlane.
