We have a couple MTE 7.1.1.5 with a discovered issue recently on both servers that any changes made to the tenant info, including max calls, max extensions, ... do not save to the tenants.include file. Installation was set to text file, not mysql.
If we manually modify the tenants.include, it will show up in the GUI, however, if the gui tries to modify the file, all parameters revert to null.
However, we can modify the caller ID name and number without issue. So there is not a permission issue.
Please let me know if there is a fix.

This has been fixed in the more recent versions .
