Not sure what to do with this one, any help would be great!
I originally created a special mailbox for someone.
Then it was decided to give them a full extension instead.
We deleted the special mailbox and went to create the extension but it won't let us. It says there a already a special mailbox with that number.
The special mailbox is gone and I even checked the voicemail folder to confirm it doesn't exist.
If I try to re-make a special mailbox with this number, or create a new extension with this number, i get the following errors:
Special mailbox: Duplicate Mailbox (either a Special Mailbox or a Maibox belonging to a User Extension)
User extension: A Special Mailbox already exists with the same number as this Extension's Mailbox
where else is this info located?
