No user presence

In the connect client we are not able to view the presence of other users.

Is this a permission issue? Can not find any place to toggle it off an on.

You have to add a contact(user) to your roster (active contacts) to see it's presence, in the screen shot you attached I see only one channel with two members, seems like second channel member is offline, if this is not the case, then ping me at eugene@thirdlane.com. When you are on the contact pane, click on the magnifying glass on top right corner, this will open you yours company directory, once you will add a contact from there, it will appear on your contact list and you will be subscribed for it presence.
