Hello, I wonder how I can select from the database (Asterisk 13, database pbxlogs, Thirdlane 9.1.4.14):
- Incoming calls that went to IVR and user pressed the option 1
- And incoming calls that went to IVR and user did not press anything
I appreciate your help.

Hi everyone,
The task requires filtering incoming calls that were routed to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and where the user specifically pressed the number 1. This selection process helps identify a subset of calls where users interacted with a particular IVR option, providing valuable data for analysis or further actions based on that specific user choice.
Currently there is no special IVR report - we are likely to add that and other reporting enhancements in the near future. If you have any specific requests - we'd love to hear them.
