As much as we would like to help everyone to use our software successfully, it is not possible due to the fact that it is not just the product itself or installation that is usually a problem. It is a combination of trunk and device configuration, connectivity issues, firewalls, and many many other things that have to be configured and tested properly for everything to work. While there are companies that claim that if you follow some simple instructions their PBX products just work, it is not true, and it is especially not true for the customizable complex products comparable to PBX Manager.
We are not bundling support with the product since many customers are self sufficient and don't need the support. If you do, it is your option to purchase it - either before or after you purchase the product.
If you post to this forum looking for help you should provide more specific information about the issues.
Not a chance... support is not a free commodity. You are describing buying a license key and nothing more. If you want help or support, it's an additional expense. You can even buy support before buying the license key.
