MOH not works in huntlist

If you are using non-default MOH playlist try to go into it (Media Files->Music-on-Hold->"Your_Playlist_Name") and press save button.

actually I'm using the default moh playlist.
if I use the ADD QUEUE in the huntlist, the first queue won't play, even that I see in the CLI that he plays, I don't hear it.
when it jump to the second queue after timeout, it plays correctlly.

I also found that there are tenents that this issue doesn't appear and I succeed provide them huntlist with queue that plays the MOH.

I couldn't find the correlation or any difference between tenent that it works for him and the other.

In hunt list options try to set "Queue command options" to "r" and see if it works. It should play ring in the queue, instead of the MOH. Also, try to create another MOH playlist and apply it in queue options.

but it plays nothing after erase the "r" and set the new playlist in the queue.

Put answer() in as an Asterisk Command for step 1.
