Hi there,
Have an older MTE 6.1.1.5 installation and have an issue I've been trying to troubleshoot.
Here is the call example:
TenantA, DID: 5191111111
TenantB, DID: 5192222222
Tenant A calls Tenant B via PSTN, call to 5192222222 hits our PSTN Gateway which sends the call back to Asterisk, and we get a call loop that ends when we seemingly run out of channels on the PSTN gateway.
I did some digging, and I'm leaning towards it being something context-related. The strange part is that if I change the outbound CLID of TenantA to a number that doesn't reside on on MTE, the call to TenantB routes correctly.
I've got a dump of the CLI that I can provide, but it contains customer names/number so I don't want to openly post it here.
Any suggestions, or tips on where to start looking?
I greatly appreciate it.
sorry for the delayed
sorry for the delayed response... the sip stack will attempt to route calls between channels if the destination matches a channel name. try doing the same experiment without the channel and the did matching.
Is it possible that you made the sip channel name the exact same as the inbound did??
