Welcome to Configuration Manager

This screen includes up to 3 tabs:

  • Welcome
  • Resources
  • Release Notes

As an administrator, you have the flexibility to customize the display of various tabs. This can be done through the System Management > System Settings > Preferences screen.

Note that the Monitoring Dashboard screen is only available to root level administrators

Welcome​

The "Welcome" page has download links for Thirdlane Connect app on desktop and mobile devices including Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android. Additionally, it also facilitates the installation of Chrome and Edge browser extensions for click-to-call functionality and CRM integration.

Customizing the Welcome page is straightforward: simply place admin_portal.en or admin_portal.[lang] files in the /etc/webmin/asterisk directory. These custom files remain intact during system updates, allowing for persistent personalization.

Resources​

This screen displays thumbnail images of graphs of all the resource categories monitored by Munin resource monitoring tool. Hovering your mouse over an image shows its category, clicking on an image shows the graphs in more detail, and by different time periods - by day, by week, by month, and by year.

This tab displays the release notes for the current and previous releases of Thirdlane Platform, Configuration Manager and Thirdlane Connect.
