Worker Servers

Thirdlane can be deployed as a cluster of servers as described in Thirdlane Deployment Options. This section is used for managing Worker Servers and is only available if you have a special license. Cluster deployment is typically performed by Thirdlane professional services team - contact sales@thirdlane.com for further information.

Create/Edit Worker Server

IP Address. IP address of the worker server.

Port. Management port (SSH).

Name. Short alphanumeric name of the worker server.

Priority. Worker server's priority within the cluster.

Queues. Specify whether this Worker Server can be used for processing calls to Queues.
