Call Recording
This section (if enabled by your administrator) allows you to specify whether the calls to and from your extension will be recorded. Note that this option may be disabled by your system administrator and this screen will not be available.
Record All Calls. Specify whether all calls to/from your extension will be recorded.
Record Internal Incoming. Specify whether the internal calls to your extension will be recorded.
Record Internal Outgoing. Specify whether the internal calls from your extension will be recorded.
Record External Incoming. Specify whether the external calls to your extension will be recorded.
Record External Outgoing. Specify whether the external calls from your extension will be recorded.
Record by pressing *9. Specify whether you will be able to record calls by pressing *9.
Call Recording is available for the "calls to phone numbers" and not direct calls between Thirdlane Connect users.
