Integrations

One of the most powerful features of Thirdlane Connect is its ability to integrate with other business applications. Here is where you canfigure these integrations.

Internet Accounts

Internet accounts allow you to sign in to Thirdlane Connect using your credentials from other online services.

Currently, Thirdlane Connect supports authentication with Microsoft Office 365 and Google. Besides the authentication, sign-in using Internet accounts enables Thirdlane Connect to access your Google or Office 365 contacts.

Authentication using Internet accounts has to be first setup by your system administrator.

Click on "Manage Internet Accounts" to add external Internet Accounts.

Incoming Webhooks

Webhooks allow you to receive incoming messages from external applications in Thirdlane Connect Channels.

Click on "Manage Incoming Webhooks" to add or manage Incoming Webhooks.

Browser Extensions

Install screen sharing extension. This allows you to install Chrome web browser extension required for screen sharing when using Chrome.

Install Thirdlane Dialer. This allows you to install Thirdlane Click2Call / Click to Call CRM Integration Chrome web browser extension for click to call dialing and integrations with CRMs.

Contact Sources

Contact Sources enable integration with CRMs, social networks, web apps (like Google), etc

Manage Contact Sources. This allows you to add or edit Contact Sources. Contact sources are used to lookup contact information while searching or for screen pops when calling.

Contact Source for caller lookup. This allows you to specify additional Contact Sources for phone number lookup. By default, the lookup will first try to match phone numbers in your personal contacts or phone numbers in your company directory.

Minimum caller id number length triggering lookup in Contact Source. Specify the minimum phone number length that will trigger a screen pop for phone number lookup. This allows you to avoid phone number lookup when calling extensions.
