Voicemail

Voicemail is available for Calls to your phone system extensions, i.e. not when someone calls you using direct call.

Provided that you have Voicemail enabled, callers to your extension will be asked to leave a Voicemail if you:

• Reject the incoming call
• Call is not answered within a time specified in Voicemail Settings

Accessing Voicemail

To access Voicemail, click on the "Voicemail" icon in the main menu, which shows you the number of unread voicemail messages.

Clicking on the icon displays a list of voicemail messages, where you can listen, download, mark as new, and delete messages. You can call back the caller who left you a message by selecting "Call" from the right-click menu.

Voicemail can be enabled and configured in Voicemail Settings.
