SMS Settings

This section allows you to manage settings related to sending and receiving SMS messages.

Allow SMS from unknown numbers. This option controls whether the system will accept and forward to Thirdlane Connect any messages that were sent to one of your SMS enabled phone numbers from numbers that you never communicated with using SMS and which are not associated with your contacts.

Default phone country code. When starting a new SMS Conversation, you can choose the phone number to send messages from. If you don't enter a full E.164 number (which starts with a + followed by a country code), the system will prefix the number you entered with the default country you specify here.
