Call Parking​

Call Parking allows to "park" calls that then can be "picked up" at the announced extension using different phone, or by another user. Here you can create and manage Parking Lots and specify options for call parking.

Create/Edit Parking Lot​

Parking Extension. An extension to dial when parking calls.

Number of parking spaces. Number of spaces for parked calls.

Space selection policy. Determines the next parking space selection.

Available options are:

  • Park calls in the next available space
  • Park calls in the first available space

Parking Time (secs). For how long a call can be parked.

Music-on-Hold. Music-on-Hold for callers whose calls were parked.
