Pickup Groups

Pickup Groups allow users to "pickup" calls that are ringing "other" phones. Users can pickup ringing extension which is in a pickup group by dialing a feature code *8 plus a Pickup Group number.

Name. Name of the Pickup Group. This field is pre-filled with names that include Pickup Group numbers, used when picking up calls.

Description. Short description of this Pickup Group.

Phones. Select the phones with associated User Extensions that will be included in this Pickup Group.
