Special Endpoints

Special Endpoints section allows you to create SIP Endpoints that are not associated with User Extensions. You can use Special Endpoints for anything, including other PBXs, softswitches, conference phones, door phones, etc.

One of the powerful features of Thirdlane is WebCall Widgets which allow website visitors make browser based calls to your PBX. "Special Endpoint for WebCall Widget" is a type of Special Endpoints required in order to support WebCall Widgets.
